Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping
If the product is in stock, shipping takes place between 1 and 4 working days following the purchase. In the case of a special order, the delivery time will be discussed at the time of ordering.
The package can also be picked up free of charge directly in Rimouski, at the woodshop: contact me to arrange an appointment.
It is hard to predict delivery times, which depend on where the package will be shipped and on the shipping options. However, if you need an urgent shipment for an event, please contact us before placing your order, and we will check what can be done (however, we are not responsible for postal delays, and unfortunately we can’t guarantee that your parcel will be delivered on time).

Returns and Refunds
No returns or refunds are accepted once the order has been shipped.

Changing or cancelling an order
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the order, only if the product has not been shipped. No cancellation is possible once the product has been shipped, only an exchange (see “Exchanges” section, below).
In the case of a cancellation within 24 hours, a full refund is possible. If you wish to modify a current order, please write to us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will proceed with the modification.
A product can be exchanged for any other product in stock of equal or greater value. No refunds will be made.

Exchanges
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to exchange it for another product, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
A product can be exchanged for any other product in stock of equal or greater value. No refund will be made.
Exchanges must be returned within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Before any return, please contact us to validate the exchange and reserve the new product you want to order.
The original product must be returned in its original packaging and carefully wrapped. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been damaged due to poor packaging.

Custom orders
In the case of custom orders, no returns, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted.
